The crystal clear waters off Kilmore Quay are renowned for their fine marine diving and angling. You can fish from the shore or (through Quay House) charter a local boat. Fishing and diving parties are especially catered for at Quay House, many of whom stay in the purpose built sportsmen's annexe with drying and storage facilities - a fridge and large freezer are provided to store the angler's catch. There are several excellent 18 hole golf courses in the area. Tee reservations can be made through Quay House.
